4 6-oz containers of frozen lemonade, softened
4 6-oz containers of water
2 10-oz packages of frozen strawberries
2 quarts 7-Up or sparkling water (carbonated)

1. Place the lemonade and water in a punch bowl. Stir.

2. Add the packages of frozen strawberries to the punch bowl. If you wish to cut the whole berries into slightly smaller pieces, then place in a blender or food processor and pulse it once or twice before placing them in the punch bowl. Add the 7-Up or carbonated water. Stir all ingredients to blend.

3. The frozen strawberries will keep the punch cool. As the strawberries thaw, gently stir to blend the berries with the punch. Pour the punch into glasses.
